Terms of Service

By creating an account or using stopnship.ca (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Stop N Ship lets registered agents compare shipping rates across carriers, purchase shipping labels, and track shipments. Labels are generated and fulfilled through our third-party shipping API provider (Shippo) and the carrier selected for each shipment. We act as a reseller/intermediary — the carrier is responsible for the actual pickup, transport, and delivery of each shipment.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and verify your email via the one-time code sent at signup. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Agent accounts operate on a prepaid balance. Label prices shown include our service margin and applicable tax on top of the base carrier rate. Purchasing a label deducts its full displayed price from your account balance; purchases will be declined if your balance is insufficient. Balance is added to your account by an administrator.

Any profit share credited to your account may be withdrawn by submitting a withdrawal request, subject to admin review and approval.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Ship items prohibited or restricted by the selected carrier (e.g. hazardous materials, illegal goods).
• Provide false sender or recipient information, or falsify customs declarations.
• Attempt to defraud Stop N Ship, a carrier, or any third party.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.

Once a label is purchased, it is generally final. If a carrier voids or refunds a label, any refund will be credited back to your account balance. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring in a carrier's network — those are subject to the selected carrier's own service terms and any insurance purchased for the shipment.

The Stop N Ship name, logo, and platform are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stop N Ship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to shipment delays, loss, or damage caused by a third-party carrier.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is used fraudulently. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
