How do I buy and pay for a shipping label?
Create an account, complete your sender details and follow the instructions to add funds by Interac e-Transfer. Once your balance is credited, create a shipment, compare available rates and purchase your chosen label. Download, print and attach it to your parcel.
Which carrier should I choose?
Compare the prices, services and delivery estimates returned for your shipment. Availability depends on the origin, destination, parcel details and active carrier services. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.
How do I send my package after buying a label?
Print your purchased label, attach it securely and follow the selected carrier's drop-off or handover instructions. Buying a label does not automatically arrange a pickup. Contact us if you need help with your shipping option.
Where can I check my shipment tracking?
Visit Track a package and enter your Stop N Ship tracking number. No login is needed. You can see the latest available carrier status and tracking history for labels purchased on our platform. You can also sign in and use My Labels. Updates appear as the carrier scans and processes the parcel.
Can I ship internationally?
International shipments require customs details. The public rate checker handles domestic quotes; create an account to enter the full international shipment details, or contact us for help. Available destinations and services depend on the carrier and shipment.
Is this for individuals or businesses?
Both. Individuals can send personal parcels, and businesses can ship their customer orders using the same platform. If you want to offer shipping services to your own customers, visit our separate partner program page to discuss onboarding.
